Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every TOAST piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with all tags and sustainable packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original reusable packaging and include the completed return form found inside your delivery box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local courier or drop it at a designated collection point, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
